Teen Officers

Hi everyone! My name is Namara Mugamba, and I am excited to serve as your Teen President of the Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated Montgomery County Maryland Chapter for the 2023-2024 program year.

My goals for our teens as President are to create a respectful, welcoming, and friendly environment for the teens to foster friendships and teamwork within the Jack & Jill Montgomery County Maryland Chapter. 

I want the teens to interact with one another and be engaged in our meetings. When all teens are engaged, we can make a difference in developing young leaders, as well as being involved in our community service activities. We can all lead and I want everyone to feel like a leader when they participate. I also want us to be able to confidently share our ideas so we can work efficiently as a group. I strive for everyone to feel included so we can all make the most out of every experience.

With the help of the Teen E-Board, I believe we can have an amazing year!
